DeliverTax helps UK delivery drivers track income, expenses, mileage, and prepare or submit Self Assessment data to HMRC when you connect your account.
2. Not tax or legal advice
Calculations and AI chat are estimates and guidance only. You remain responsible for figures filed with HMRC. Consult a qualified accountant for complex cases.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate UTR and identity details. Keep your password secure. One account per driver unless we agree otherwise.
You must be 18+ and legally able to contract in the UK.
4. HMRC connection
Connecting HMRC grants us permission to read/write Self Assessment data you authorise via OAuth. You can disconnect at any time.
We are not HMRC; submission success depends on HMRC systems and your data accuracy.
5. Fees & payments
Some features may require payment via Stripe. Fees are shown before checkout. Refunds follow our published refund policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, HMRC penalties, or losses from incorrect data you entered.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury from negligence, or fraud.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rights apply elsewhere in the UK.
